Josh Plavner
Josh is the Founder and Managing Partner of East Wave Partners. Prior to founding East Wave Partners, Josh was a Managing Director at Bain Capital Partnership Strategies, where he focused on highly structured transactions within specialty finance and opportunistic private assets. He also served on the Investment Committee of the Environmental Markets Opportunities Fund. Josh was previously a Managing Director at White Elm Capital, an equity long/short hedge fund. Earlier in his career, he worked at Berkshire Partners and in the Private Equity Group at Goldman Sachs. Josh received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
